1. Service
Chatmino provides a platform for private, paid video conversations between customers and representatives. Sessions are billed by the minute after an initial purchase or authorization.
2. Billing
By starting a session you agree to the per-minute rate shown at the time of purchase. Charges are processed through PayPal. You are responsible for the full amount of time used. Sessions end when you disconnect or when the authorized amount is reached.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use Chatmino. By accessing the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or content that violates applicable laws. Representatives may end a session for inappropriate behavior. Repeated violations may result in account restriction.
5. Privacy
Video sessions are not recorded by Chatmino unless explicitly stated. Personal information is used only to provide the service and process payments. See our privacy practices for more detail.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” Chatmino is not liable for interruptions, technical issues, or the content of conversations between users and representatives.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
