Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to provide the service: email for staff accounts, payment details processed by PayPal, and session metadata (start time, duration, category).
Video Sessions
Video and audio are transmitted in real time through Daily.co. Chatmino does not record sessions by default. Any recording would require separate notice and consent.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the service, process payments, match customers with representatives, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Third Parties
Payments are handled by PayPal. Video is delivered by Daily.co. These providers process data under their own policies.
